EdenSpark Game Jam #1 Theme — “Transformation”

We’re launching the first monthly EdenSpark jam! Reminder: within the new monthly jam program with a total prize pool of $250,000, $5,000 is awarded each month. Both solo developers and small teams can participate, and games are created on the EdenSpark platform and published on itch.io.

Change of form, rules, or state: character and world metamorphoses, evolution of mechanics, mode switching, transformations, upgrades, and any other ideas where change is the core of gameplay. The connection to the theme should be clear in the project’s design and description.

Dates: May 1–14. You have 14 days to create a playable version in EdenSpark, publish it on EdenSpark and on itch.io, and submit your entry on the jam page. Monthly winners will be chosen by the EdenSpark team and participant voting; at the end of the year, the best projects will compete for the program’s grand prizes.
