Third Jam Finale: Submissions Are In, Judges and Community Take Over
Uploads closed a few hours ago — now it's time to play the submitted entries and vote for your favorites
The third EdenSpark Jam on the theme of "Classical Elements" has come to a close. The window for uploading and submitting projects closed a few hours ago — around 20 entries made it to the jam page. We're still checking formatting and compliance with the rules for each one, so the final number of entries moving on to judging may shift slightly.
What happens next
The EdenSpark team is stepping in to evaluate the submitted games — we'll play through every entry and pick the top three for the Dev's Choice categories. The results are planned to be announced in the second half of September.
Community voting is already open
If you took part in the jam — you can start playing through your fellow creators' work and leaving ratings. Voting is set to "Submitters only" mode: one vote per submission, regardless of team size. Participant votes decide the winner of the Community Choice ($1,000) category, and every rating matters. All the games are gathered on the jam page on itch.io — set aside a couple of evenings, give them a try, and show some love to those who also made it all the way through.
Share your impressions
Just like after previous jams, we'd really like to hear your honest feedback while your impressions are still fresh. What worked, what didn't, what was missing on the platform, what was convenient or awkward in how the jam was organized — all of it directly shapes how we plan the jams to come. Write to us on Discord or Telegram — voice, text, screenshots, whatever works for you. You can also ask any questions there — about submissions, voting, EdenSpark itself, or future jams.
A reminder about the schedule
The fourth jam kicks off on October 1 and, like the third, will run for a full month. We'll announce the theme closer to the start.
Thank you to everyone who took part in the third jam — both those who submitted a game and those who gave it a try. See you at the evaluations, the voting, and in the chats.
